Are you actually listing my house on the MLS or buying it?

Great question.  We buy homes that fit our buying criteria and from there, we may repair the house and resell it or keep it as a rental ourselves.


How do you determine the offer price of my home?

Really glad you asked this question because our process is rather simple.

  1. We look at the location and find comps that match your home and compare
  2. We also look at the condition of your home and determine any repairs required

We take these items into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us as well as, for you.


Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

There are NO fees or commissions to work with us.  We’ll make an offer on your property and if it’s a fit…we’ll buy your home (in most cases, we’ll also pay closing cost).


How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them.  The average time to sell a property right now is 83 days. This is based on the condition of your home, the price you place on it and the location.  They also charge you a commission that’s anywhere from 3-6% of the sales price. Since we’re the ones buying your home and we pay with all cash…we can make a decision within a few days (some instances, the same day).  We make our living by taking the risk to buy your home for cash, make the necessary repairs and market it ourselves to find a buyer.  All at no cost to you, the seller.


If I submit my info on your site, am I obligated in any way?

There are no obligations at all. When you submit your information, well take a look at your property and make a decision if we want to move any further along in the process. We’ll contact you either way, to discuss our decision and at that time, we’ll either part ways or setup a meeting to review the property.  We’ll make you an all-cash offer that’s fair for you and fair for us.  From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your home to us.
